Saving Labor Costs



The Telluride Science Research Center has grown from hosting 250 scientists a year when they started working with WebDogs to over 700 this year.  The custom registration system we created for them not only allows each researcher to register for their conference and choose lodging (including roommates), it also splits charges between roommates, allows them to pay with multiple payment systems and connects directly to the lodging providers and to the organization’s Quickbooks file.  They run today with less administrative overhead for registration management then they had 5 years ago.

Meeting Customer Needs
The Council of Petroleum Accountants Societies came to WebDogs wanting to improve their ability to manage information about their 3500 members and provide more online services to them.  The integrated website we created provides discussion forums, a career center, shopping cart, an events calendar and conference registration.  And most importantly, the time-consuming and error-prone manual updates of the member database are a thing of the past!  All on a budget that a non-profit organization won’t bark at.

We helped Acme Distribution Centers use the power of the web to provide an interface for their customers to place orders, check inventory and verify delivery information.  Being able to do all this online serves their customers better and faster and helps Acme better manage their customer’s expectations.
